Can We Pretend It's Spring?

See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land. Song of Solomon 2:11-12

The winter is not past, of course, but I'm every day more ready for spring. This verse keeps coming to mind in light of my low tolerance for winter...and this old picture from 2008 is one of my favorite flower photos.

How about you, ready for spring (how blessed I am that it comes in late February here!) or enjoying the winter?

...give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. I Thessalonians 5:18

  2. With temps hovering below 40 every day lately (and with a sweet spring baby on the way) I'm eager for spring... but not until I've nested appropriately!
